Willie Repoley spent his childhood playing make-believe with
his sister.

He never found a compelling reason to stop.

I have been involved in storytelling for about as long as I can remember—be it acting, making my own costumes, or creating my own sound design, to eventually directing and writing my own plays.

A profound experience with a trusted director, who implored him to be “less interesting,” led him on a journey back to the methodology of Patsy Rodenburg, whom he sought and studied under from 2022-2023, becoming a Patsy Rodenburg Associate.

In addition to engaging his career as a storyteller through acting, Willie also shares this passion through teaching, utilizing the Rodenburg method.

More than once, Willie has played roles that felt like a suitable end to his career—ie:

“I can die happy now: I’ve played Louis Ironson and Prior Walter!” or
“I can die happy now: I was in the best space movie of the decade and even met the widow of the guy I was playing!”

Fortunately, he has continued to work (and continued to work happily) after each “dream” role.

Willie is available for theatrical work.
