Patsy’s books are invaluable; however, in my experience, the key to unlocking the wisdom of the books is practice: out loud, on your feet, and ideally with one or more in-person collaborators. Taking a course with me ensures accountability and embodiment of the exercises you’ll find in the books, as well as someone who can offer advice and feedback in real time based on what you need in the moment.

Well, why not? My approach is warm, patient, and detailed, but I may or may not be the best person to help you right now. Shop around! And if you sign up for a course with me and don’t feel like it’s working out, I’ll try to direct you towards a colleague who is a better fit. Depending on where you live, there may be several PRAs in your vicinity, although options are slim in the Southeast.

Because the work relies so heavily on embodiment, at this time, I’m only offering in-person instruction.
